Our check-in is totally automated if needed. You will receive a code to enter. Once inside the badge for the room and front door will be waiting for you on the reception table. We ask everyone to always wash their hands when they enter our house . A no-touch dispenser will be at your disposal at the entrance door. Off course, we are just a phone call or door bell away to help you in case you need us.
We have a large breakfast and lounge area for our breakfast buffet. Breakfast is served between 8.30 and 11 a.m.
It is likely that for the next few months the buffet will not be allowed. We will probably ask for you to fill in a list of desired items and have it prepared for you for pick up in the breakfast room. You can the decide if you want to eat in your room or at the available tables, keeping in mind the distancing.
Once the buffet breakfast is allowed again we will probably proceed as follows :
We will allow for one couple or family at a time to help themselves at the buffet. You will need to wear a mask at all times. Guests that arrive at the same time will have to wait outside. You can choose to eat at the tables in the breakfast or lounge area or in your bedroom. We do ask for the plates to be returned to the breakfast room before 11 a.m. Everyone that enters the breakfast room also needs to sanitize their hands.
Our staff will wear masks at all times during the preparation and the serving of the breakfast.
We will only allow for payments by credit card. Depending on the amount you will be able to pay without inserting your card. We will sanitize the terminal after every use. Our staff will wear masks at all time during check-out
Our cleaning staff will always wear masks and if possible gloves during cleaning. They will sanitize all rooms during cleaning and also during the tidying up.
All common rooms will be cleaned on a daily basis. We will make sure all door nobs and handles are cleaned daily. We won't enter the room during your visit unless you request it.
